About Tinkerbell
It was pure chance that brought me to Loch Ness, but one which I have never regretted. Having been born and raised in the countryside, with holidays as a child taken by the sea, this location by the shores of this famous loch with hills all around, suited me very well.
I have always endeavoured to take my camera with me wherever I went, from the Brownie 127 of my childhood days to the digital SLR of today. Needless to say, there have been fabulous photographs that have been missed but which remain etched on my memory for years afterwards. Unfortunately, these I cannot show you.
Along the way, I have become interested in the monitoring of our wildlife for conservation purposes and so my walks have taken on new meaning as I am deeply concerned for the future of our wildlife and hope that one day, it will be released from the threats that it now faces.
